Thank you for choosing Soft Box for your soft play hire needs! We want to ensure your experience is safe, enjoyable, and hassle-free. Below are the key terms to help everything run smoothly. By confirming your booking and proceeding with your rental, you agree to these terms.

Equipment Usage: Our soft play equipment is designed specifically for children aged 1 to 3 years and is intended for indoor use only. Please make sure the equipment is set up on a flat, soft, non-slip surface, away from furniture, walls, or sharp objects, to keep everyone safe and protect the equipment.

Supervision and Responsibility: Safety is at the heart of what we do. All children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while using the equipment. We also ask that the equipment is used as intended—no rough play, climbing on unstable parts, jumping from structures, or other activities that could cause harm or damage.

Cleaning and Damage: We understand that little ones love to explore and that messes happen! We’ll take care of cleaning the equipment after it’s returned. However, if the cleaning required is excessive due to negligence, we may charge an additional fee. General wear and tear is completely fine, but if any damage makes the equipment unusable or requires it to be removed from circulation, we reserve the right to charge for repair or replacement.

Delivery, Setup, and Collection: Our equipment always remains the property of Soft Box throughout the hire period. We offer delivery and collection services for an additional fee and ask that you provide clear access to your location to make things as easy as possible. Please stick to the agreed delivery and collection times so everything runs smoothly for everyone.

Payment and Cancellation: To secure your booking, we require either full payment or a deposit (as agreed). If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your event may incur a cancellation fee.

Liability and Safety: As part of your booking, you’ll receive our Safety Notice, which contains important guidelines for safe play. It’s the hirer’s responsibility to read this notice and ensure that the guidelines are followed during the hire period. While we take every precaution to provide safe, high-quality equipment, Soft Box cannot be held responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur during use. Your care and supervision are key to creating a safe and fun experience.
