At Soft Box, the safety of the children using our soft play equipment is of paramount importance. To ensure a fun and secure experience for everyone, we ask all hirers to carefully read and follow these safety guidelines. By confirming your booking and proceeding with your rental, you acknowledge and agree to these safety terms.
All children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while using the equipment. Never leave children unattended, even for a moment.
Our equipment is specifically designed for children aged 1 to 3 years. Older children should not use the equipment as it may pose safety risks to themselves or other children.
Soft Box equipment is for indoor use only and must be set up in a clean, dry space. Outdoor use is not permitted to ensure safety.
The equipment must be placed on a flat, soft, non-slip surface, away from furniture, walls, or sharp objects.
No jumping or standing on the top of structures, as this could lead to falls or injuries.
Rough play, climbing on unstable parts, or using the equipment in unintended ways is not permitted to ensure safety
